These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 99dd platform and all associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 99dd.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. All transactions and bets made through your account are your responsibility, unless you can prove that unauthorized access occurred.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at 99dd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is successfully verified, processing is generally completed within 10–45 minutes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at 99dd, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer applies once and is usable once per account.
• Before claiming a bonus, read the specific terms of the relevant promotion carefully.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 99dd reserves the right to verify the account and cancel the bonus.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is offered at three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on 99dd are considered final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases of technical error.

• Applicable minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game and market.
• In-play bets placed after an event has started are governed by separate rules.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical issue, 99dd reserves the right to cancel it.
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found, the relevant bet will be cancelled.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is fully cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets may be refunded where applicable. The specific rules for the sport in question will apply.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

For live casino and slots games, the rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) apply. If a technical error occurs in the game software, the relevant round may be considered void.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or other harmful technology.

10.2 Closure by the User
